Academic Honors

    Paralleling SIU's success on the playing fields has been an outstanding academic record in part of Saluki Student-Athletes. During the Spring 2000 semester, the Women's Tennis team posted a 3.42 term GPA, followed closely by the Women's Golf team with a 3.39 term GPA. The Men's Tennis team led the men's side with a term GPA of 2.98.

    86% of Saluki Student-Athletes who exhaust their athletic eligibility at SIU graduate.
