    SIU places eight on Academic All-MAC Team

    The academic accolades for SIU continues to pile up


    Final day of MAC Championships will feature four Salukis in A Finals

    The Salukis are currently in third place, ahead of Buffalo and Miami (Ohio), teams that beat SIU in last year's championships.


    Salukis take fourth place after a tight finish at the MAC Championships

    Head coach Rick Walker was named MAC Coach of the Year, while SIU also earned Most Outstanding Swimmer and Diver with Pallmann and Skelton.


    Five Salukis qualify for A Finals on Day Three at the MAC Championships

    Joao Facciotti doubled on the day with an A Final finish in the 200-yard freestyle and a B Final finish in the 100-yard backstroke.


    SIU earns two conference titles on Day Two at the MAC Championships

    Till Pallmann came away with his second-straight conference title and MAC record in the 500-yard freestyle.

    2013-14 (Junior): Honorable mention Academic All-MAC recognition...Competed in eight meets...Posted one win at the UALR Invitational in the 50 freestyle...Finished int eh top-five seven times during the year...Posted the 13th fastest time in the 50 freestyle at the MAC Championships...Was a member of the Saluki relay team.

    2012-13 (Sophomore):Honorable mention Academic All-Conference selection...Competed in seven meets...Won the 50 free in dual meet against Evansville...Scored in all three events at the MAC Championship...Posted six top-three finishes.

    2011-12 (Freshman):Competed in 12 meets...Won two events on the year, sweeping the 50- and 100-yard freestyles in a dual meet with Missouri S&T...Scored in the 50-yard freestyle (10th, 20.54) and 100-yard butterfly (7th, 49.38) at the MAC Championships...Finished among the top five in 14 events...Member of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that set a MAC Championships record.

    Personal: Has two brothers, Michael and Justin...Son of Daniel and Tanya Wolfe...Majoring in physics.
