Swimming and Diving in fourth place after day three of Sun Belt Championships

    NASHVILLE - The Southern Illinois University men's swimming and diving team are in fourth place after day three at the Sun Belt Championships.

    Justin Wolfe finished in the top-eight in the 100-yard butterfly with a fourth-place finish (48.41). Anthony Bousquet finished 12th with a time of 49.46.

    Dennis Hedo captured his second top-two finish of the week, placing second in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:37.00. Jameson Kuper finished sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 56.26.

    Alexandre Marrucho, Kuper, Bousquet, and Justin Wolfe finished sixth in the 400-yard medley relay with a time of 3:21.06.

    Action will resume tomorrow with the final day of competition.
