2010-11: Competed in six meets during the season for the Salukis...Notched a first place finish in the 5000m at the Joey Haines Invitational with a time of 14:57.16...Finished third in the 10,000m and fifth in the 5000m at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Earned All-MVC Honors in 10,000m.

2009-10: Competed in five outdoor meets during the 2010 season...Finished fifth at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m with a time of 31:43.03...Recorded a season-low 5000m time of 14:34.74 at the Indiana State Quadragular, good for fifth place...Came in third place in the 5000m at the SIU Spring Classic.

2008-09: In outdoor track, recorded his first Missouri Valley Conference points at the outdoor championship in the 10k running a 31:25.48, qualifying for the USATF Junior National Championships...In indoor, notched a fourth place finish at the SIU Spring Classic in the 5000...Best finish was second place at the SIU Early Bird, where he clocked in at 19:31.12.

High School: Four-year state qualifier in cross country at Glenwood High School...Finished third in the 2A meet in the 3-mile run with a career-best time of 14:49 as a senior...His team was second in the state that year...Two-time conference, regional and sectional champion...Only two-time sectional champion in GHS history, who represented Team Illinois in the Mideast Cross Country Championship.
