Updated July 28, 2011 2010-11: Earned All-MVC Honors in the 4x400 Relay...Participated in eight meets for the Salukis...Competed in the 60m hurdles at the MVC Indoor Championships...Recorded two second place finishes as a member of the 4x400 Meter Relay team. 2009-10: Named all-Missouri Valley Conference performer in the 4x400 relay...Finished second in the 400m hurdles at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational with a time of 55.23 seconds...Notched five top five finishes in the 400m hurdles...Recorded a season-best time of 52.96 seconds MVC Outdoor Championships. High School: Was named to the all-state and all-conference teams as a sophomore, junior, and senior...As a junior, set a school record in the 300m intermediate hurdles with a time of 37.1...In senior year, broke the school record in the 4x400 relay at 3:19.2.
