    J.C. Lambert breaks MVC hammer throw record, Salukis score five All-MVC at Day One of MVC Outdoor Championships

    Lambert broke the MVC Outdoor Championship record and his own MVC all-time record with a winning heave of 67.22m (220-06), his third career MVC hammer throw victory.
