    Lambert broke the MVC Outdoor Championship record and his own MVC all-time record with a winning heave of 67.22m (220-06), his third career MVC hammer throw victory.

    2011-12: Named to the Capital One Academic All-District team...Did not compete in the outdoor season...Participated in three meets in two events in the indoor season (Mile, 3000m)...Best finish came at the Saluki Invitational where he finished sixth in the 3000m.

    2010-11: Competed in nine meets during the indoor and outdoor season...Earned a first place finish in the 3000m at the SIU Invitational with a time of 8.41:07...Placed third at the Joey Haines Invitational and Memphis Tiger Invitational in the 5000m and 3000m, respectively...Participated in the MVC Indoor and Outdoor Championships.
