    2009-10: Garnered all-Missouri Valley Conference honors in the 4x400 relay for indoor and outdoor competition...Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in the 4x400 relay and the 400m hurdles...Finished in the top five in the 400m hurdles at every outdoor meet except regionals...Won the 400m hurdle race at the SIU Spring Classic with a time of 1:01.86...Recorded a season-best time of 59.33 at the NCAA West Regionals...Part of 4x400 team that won at the Gladstein Invitational, McDonald's Invitational, and GVSU Big Meet.

    2008-09: Earned All-MVC (4x400m relay) and MVC Scholar-Athlete honors in 2008-09...Ran in six outdoor meets in 2008-09...Third leg of the 4x400 relay team that won the SIUE Twilight with a time of 3:49.16...Also finished third at the MVC Championships in the 4x400 and fourth in the 400m hurdles...Posted a season-high time of 1:02.03 in the 400m hurdles at the SIUE Twilight, good for second place.

    2007-08: Competed in seven outdoor meets and six indoor meets in 2007-08...Posted 11 Top 10 finishes during the outdoor season...Placed among the top-three individuals six times...Won the 400m hurdles (1:04.26) and was part of the first-place 4x400 relay (3:51.18) at the Spring Classic...Earned all-conference honors as part of SIU's 4x400 relay team that took third at the 2008 MVC Outdoor Championships...Top indoor finish was seventh in the 600m at the Carle/Health Alliance Classic.

    High School: Three-time, first team, all-state honoree at Madisonville North Hopkins High School...Finished first in the region and fourth in the state in the 300m hurdles as a senior...Also placed third in the region and seventh in the state in the 100m hurdles the same year...As a junior, she finished fourth (region and state) in the 100m hurdles and first (region) and third (state) in the 300m hurdles.
