At SIU: Collected six top-10 indoor finishes in 2004...one of those was a fourth-place finish in the distance medley relay at the MVC Indoor Championships...recorded four top-10 finishes in the outdoor season...career indoor bests are 1:56.98 in the 800-meter run and 4:15.57 in the mile...outdoor career bests are 1:53.17 in the 800-meter and 3:58.63 in the 1500-meter.

Pre-SIU: Cross country All-American at Rend Lake College, where he set career bests of 1:52.95 in the 800-meter and 3:52.85 in the 1500-meter...also received All-American honors in both indoor and outdoor track...was part of the national championship indoor distance medley relay team...took runner-up honors in the 1000-meter run...ran on 4x800 relay team which placed second at the JUCO Outoor National Championships.
