At SIU: Competed in 13 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2007...just missed all-MVC honors at the indoor championships, finishing fourth in the 200-meter dash...earned all-MVC outdoor honors for the second-straight season...was a member of the first-place 4x100 team in 2006 and third-place 4x100 team in 2005...competed primarily in the 200m and 400m, recording a pair of top-10 finishes during the indoor season...collected eight top-10 finishes, while competing in the 200m and 400m as a freshman during the indoor season...posted six top-10 finishes in the outdoor season between sprint and relay events.

Pre-SIU: Garnered all-conference and all-state honors in the 400m and 200m as a senior at Proviso East High School...team captain of the track squad and co-captain of the football team...ran career-bests of 10.7 in the 100m, 21.8 in the 200m and 47.9 in the 400m...made the Honor Roll three times.
