2010-11: Competed in four meets during the outdoor season... Placed third in the 1500m at the Joey Haines Invitational... Competed at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 5000m and 3000 steeplechase.
2009-10: Competed in ten meets during the 2009-10 season...Finished a season-best second place in the 800m at the McDonald's Invitational and the 1500m at the Ole Miss Invitational...Earned his second all-conference award at the MVC Cross Country Championship...Finished 33rd place at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2008-09: Placed ninth at the MVC Cross Country Championship to earn his first All-MVC award...Ran a personal best time in the mile at the Iowa State Classic of 4:14.36...Finished fifth at the MVC Championships in the 3000m and the 5000m...Set a new personal-best in the event at the Rod McCravy Invitational with a time of 8:27.76...During the outdoor season, he finished fourth in the 10,000m at the MVC Championships...Was second at the SIU Spring Classic in the 1500m with a time of 3:57.29.
2007-08:Saw action in every cross country meet during the 2007 season...Season-best finish was third at the SIU Early Bird...Finished first in the indoor mile at the McDonald's Invitational...Redshirted during the outdoor track season.
