2009-10: Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in the 10,000m...Named all-Missouri Valley Conference in the 5000m and 10,000m, while capturing the MVC crown in the 5000m at the outdoor conference championships, timing in at 14:26.56...Won the 5000m race at the SIU Spring Classic with a time of 14:50.05...Came in second place in the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m...Ran in two indoor meets, finishing sin fourth in the 500m at the MVC Indoor Championships...Earned his fourth all-MVC award in cross country at the MVC Championship conference meet...Only the fourth Saluki ever to earn All-MVC honor all four years in cross country (Mike Sawyer, Tom Fitzpatrick, Mike Keene).
