2011-12: Competed in three events (1 mile, 3000m, 5000m) in five meets for the Salukis during the indoor season...Finished in the top ten in every meet...Had times ranked second and third in the Missouri Valley indoor season (5000m, 14:26.22, MVC Indoor Championships; 3000m, 8:18.44, Iowa State Classic) ...All-MVC in the indoor 5000m...Notched five top-five finishes, including two second-place finishes in the 3000m and 5000m races at the Illinois State Dual and the MVC Outdoor Championships, respectively...That time at the MVC Outdoor Championships was the second best 5000m time in the MVC during the outdoor season in 2012...His time in the 10,000m at the Mt. Sac Relays (29:51.07) was the second best time in the MVC during the outdoor season...Was an NCAA West Region qualifier in the 10,000m race, in which he finished 35th with a time of 31:38.29...All-MVC in outdoor 5000m and 10,000m...Named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete team.

2009-10: Competed in five outdoor meets during the 2010 season...Finished fifth at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m with a time of 31:43.03...Recorded a season-low 5000m time of 14:34.74 at the Indiana State Quadragular, good for fifth place...Came in third place in the 5000m at the SIU Spring Classic.
2008-09: In outdoor track, recorded his first Missouri Valley Conference points at the outdoor championship in the 10k running a 31:25.48, qualifying for the USATF Junior National Championships...In indoor, notched a fourth place finish at the SIU Spring Classic in the 5000...Best finish was second place at the SIU Early Bird, where he clocked in at 19:31.12.
High School: Four-year state qualifier in cross country at Glenwood High School...Finished third in the 2A meet in the 3-mile run with a career-best time of 14:49 as a senior...His team was second in the state that year...Two-time conference, regional and sectional champion...Only two-time sectional champion in GHS history, who represented Team Illinois in the Mideast Cross Country Championship.
