2011:12: Competed in four events in 11 meets combined in the indoor and outdoor seasons (Mile, 3000m, 5000m, 10,000m)...Notched five top-ten finishes combined, with his best finish coming in the 3000m at the Memphis Tiger Invitational, where he finished second with a time of 8:46.85...Placed 7th in the 10,000m race at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2010-11: Competed in nine (six indoor, three outdoor) meets for the Salukis...Earned two third place finishes in the 5000m at the Gladstein Invitational and in the 3000m at the SIU Invitational...Competed in the MVC Indoor Championships.
High School: Earned all-area first team and team most valuable player honors in both junior and senior seasons at DeKalb High School...Named team captain as both a junior and senior...Qualified for the Illinois state track meet as a junior...Garnered academic all-conference honors three times and named Illinois State Scholar.
