2009-10: NCAA Regionals qualifier and all-Missouri Valley Conference performer in the 3000m steeplechase...Won the mile race at the McDonald's Invitational, finishing with a time of 4:16.47...Nearly broke the sub-nine minute mark at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:00.84, which broke his previous personal best...Steeplechase time ranks eighth all-time in Saluki record books.

2008-09: All-MVC performer at the cross country championship finishing eighth...Won the 3000m steeplechase at the 2009 MVC Outdoor Championship running 9:03.92 placing him 10th on the SIU All-Time list...Finished 18th at the NCAA Midwest outdoor Regional...Ran his personal best in 3000m 8:35.40 at the MVC Indoor Championships placing seventh...Placed eighth in the indoor 5,000m run at the MVC Championship...Ran 30:28.64 for 10,000m at the Sea Ray Relays.
