2009-10: Qualified for the NCAA West Regionals in the hammer throw and shot put...Named all-Missouri Valley Conference in the hammer throw...Captured the hammer and shot put titles at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational with distances of 177-05 (54.66m) and 52-06.00 (16.00m), respectively...Recorded at least one top five finish at ten different meets during the season...Shattered his previous career best mark in the indoor shot put with a mark of 56-08.50 (17.28m) at the GVSU Big Meet...Also topped a career best in the weight throw with a toss of 60-00.25 (18.29m) at the SASF Invitational.
