2010-11: Competed in eleven meets for the Salukis... Placed sencind in the 3000m at the SIU Invitational...Placed eighth in the 5000m at the MVC Indoor Championships.
2009-10: Redshirted
2008-09MVC Championship running 9:31.14...Shattered his indoor personal-best in the 3000m by 13 seconds as he won the SASF Invitational in 8:43.28...Ran a personal best of 14:56.07 at the Iowa State Classic...Finished 20th at the MVC Cross Country Championship.
2007-08:Competed in two indoor meets and six outdoor meets...Ran a career indoor best of 8:56.46 in the 3000m...Had five Top 10 finishes between indoor and outdoor competition...Best outdoor finish was third in the 5000m at the Ole Miss Invitational...Did not compete in cross country.
High School:Three-time all-conference honoree at Yates City High School...All-state honoree as a junior and senior...Posted personal bests in the 2-mile (9:36), mile (4:29) and 3-mile (15:03).
