2011-12: Two-time MVC Champion in the mile and the distance medley in the indoor season...Competed in four events in six meets during the indoor season (Mile, 800m, 3000m, 5000m)...Had five combined wins in the indoor season...NCAA qualifier and second-team All-American in the outdoor season in the 1500m race...MVC Champion in the 1500m race...Competed in two events (800m and 1500m) in eight meets during the outdoor season...Set two school records in the indoor mile (4:00.16) and outdoor 1500m (3:41.10)...Notched two wins, eight top-ten finishes, seven of those in the top-five.
2010-11: MVC Champion in the Distance Medley Relay and earned All-MVC honors in the mile run...Placed first in the 800m at the GVSU Invitational with a time of 1:52.48...Notched a second place finish in the 1 Mile at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 4:13:00. During the outdoor season earned two first place finishes in the 1500m at the Joey Haines and War Eagle Invitational...Participated in the 800m and 1500m MVC Outdoor Championships...Event Champion as part of the Distance Medley Relay Team at the MVC Indoor Championships.
2009-10: Won the MVC outdoor title in the 1500m...Qualified for the USATF Junior Championships in Des Moines, Iowa...Competed in 13 events during the 2009-10 season, where he compiled 10 top ten finishes during the season...Won the 800m race at the McDonald's Invitational with a time of 1:55.09...Finished in seventh place in the 1500m at the USATF Junior Championships with a time of 3:54.97.
High School: Four-time all-conference, two-time all-region and all-sectional and two-time all-state honoree during prep career...Set a personal-best mark in the three-mile run with a time of 14:33 during senior season...Was the state runner-up in 2009 in the 1600m...Ran a 4:10 mile and a 1:54 half-mile...Captured regional and sectional titles as a junior and senior.
