2012: Named MVC Scholar-Athlete...Ran in five meets for Southern...Finished in the top-30 twice...Best finish of 11th came at the Saluki Invitational on Sep. 22...Best time in the 8K came at the Bradley Classic on Oct. 12 with a time of 25:15.
2011: Competed in four meets for the Salukis...Notched two top-ten finishes with his best finish coming at the Saluki Invitational, where he finished fifth with a time of 26:10.9.
2010: Competed in all seven events during the 2010 season...Won the SIU Early Bird with a time of 19:38.40...Also took top ten finishes at the EIU Panther Open (third) and the Saluki Invitational (sixth)...Set a personal-best 8K time at the Bradley Classic with a time of 25:09.00, good for 35th place...Named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete team.
2009: Participated in one event during the 2009 season, where he finished seventh at the Saluki Early Bird with a time of 19:51.3.
High School: Named Runner of the year as a junior and senior by the Southern Illinoisan...Won the South Seven conference championship in cross country both years, while also capturing regional titles in both years...As a senior, won the sectional title and finished second at state in the 3200m, while Carbondale as a team finished 10th...Also participated in basketball.
