2004: SIU's No. 1 runner throughout most of the season... Competed in six events, taking the individual title in the EIU Panther Open with a time of 18:04.86... Set a career best in the 5K with a time of 17:50.00 at the Notre Dame Invitational... Also set a personal best in the 6K with a time of 21:23.86 at the NCAA Regionals, finishing 23rd.

2003: Competed in all seven events as a freshman, consistently finishing among SIU's top two runners... Led the Salukis in the MVC Championship, finishing 11th with a time of 18:13.00.

Pre-SIU:Three-time cross country and three-time track all-conference honoree at Belvidere High School...state qualifier in cross country as a junior and state qualifier in track as a sophomore and senior.
