2012: Named All-MVC for the second straight season...Second-place finish at the MVC Championships propelled the men's team to grab the 2012 MVC Championship...Finished outside of the top-ten only once (NCAA Midwest Regionals, Nov. 10, 52nd)...Finished second twice, and was the highest collegiate finisher at the Bradley Classic on Oct. 12, where he clocked his best 8K time of 24:20.
2011: Named to the All-MVC team...Participated in five meets for the Salukis, finishing in the top-ten in three of them...Finished third twice, with his best time coming at the MVC Championship at 25:18.8...Finished the season with an average finish if 20.8.
2010: Ran in five meets in 2010, taking two top 15 finishes in the process...Finished 11th at the Saluki Invitational, while taking 14th at the MVC Championship...Took 24th at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 24:56.00.
2009: Ran in two events during the 2009 season, finishing in the top 15 in both events...Finished a season-best 12th place at the Saluki Early Bird with a time of 19:58.7...Helped SIU win the EIU Panther Open with a 13th place finish.
High School: Won all-conference honors in all four years in track...In addition, honored as a all-state member in sophomore and senior seasons...Captured regional and sectional titles as a junior and senior...Also played basketball at Carl Sandburg H.S. for one season.
