2009-10: Competed in five events during the 2009 season...Recorded top 25 finishes at the EIU Panther Open (21st) and the Saluki Invitational (25th)...Ran a season-best time of 19:38 at the Notre Dame Invitational...Named Lincoln Laureate by the Lincoln Academy of Illinois for academic success.
2008-09: Competed in four meets during the 2008 season...Qualified for the NCAA Regionals in Stillwater, Okla...Earned a ninth place finish at the EIU Panther Open.
2007-08: Competed in five indoor and eight outdoor meets during the 2007 season...Recorded six top-10 finishes during the indoor season and 13 top-10 finishes during the outdoor season...Finished ninth in the javelin and 10th in the 800-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Also a member of the SIU cross country team.
