    Tied for a team-high 19 appearances…Recorded 27 strikeouts in 28 innings with a 6.11 ERA…Had a season-high four strikeouts against Eastern Kentucky (2/21) and Wichita State (3/20)…Pitched a season-high 3.1 innings against Dallas Baptist (4/26)…Held Central Arkansas to one hit in two innings pitched on 4/2.

    Was a three-time all-conference selection in the Chicago Catholic League...As a senior went 6-3 with a 2.15 ERA and 81 strikeouts with just 15 walks and also hit .467...Named the MVP of the CCL White Division...Runner-up for the Lawless Award, given to the top player in each of the CCL divisions...Finished the year as the 4A Regional runner-up as a junior...Hit .410 with 27 RBI and a .500 on-base percentage as a junior in 2011...As a sophomore, helped the Meteors to a 25-10 record and clinched the 4A Regional Championship by tossing a complete game...Hit .385 with 20 RBI and a .420 on-base percentage as a sophomore in 2010...Also played football and basketball as a freshman...Was a member of National Honor Society and ranked in the top 10 of his class academically.
