Started SIU's first four midweek games before suffering a season-ending injury...Earned his first Division I win in his first start, allowing two runs in five innings against UT Martin...Struck out a season-high four batters in his final outing, a 4-2 loss to Middle Tennessee State.
Prior to SIU: Played two seasons at Lincoln Land Community College...Went 16-5 with a 4.13 in two seasons at Lincoln Land...Went 9-4 with a 4.01 ERA and 60 strikeouts in 83 innings as a sophomore in 2012...Twice named an honorable mention on the All-Mid-West Athletic Conference Team.
