    Saluki Winter Hitting Camp Registration Form Get Acrobat Reader

    CARBONDALE, Ill. – Youth baseball players will have a chance to improve their hitting skills and learn from the SIU baseball coaches at the Saluki Baseball Winter Hitting Camp. The two-day camp will be held on Jan. 11 and 12 at the Garden Grove Event Center (formerly Sports Blast) located behind University Mall and is open to all baseball players between the ages of seven and 18.

    The camp will be divided into two sessions with the first session for ages 7-12 scheduled for 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. both days and the second session for participants ages 13-18 running from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. both days. Campers will be taught the same drills that the Salukis use every day.

    The cost to register is $125, and space is limited to the first 40 registrants in each session. Those interested in participating can download the registration form from the SIU website and return it with payment to:
