CARBONDALE, Ill. - Saluki fans can purchase discounted 2011 State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament tickets through the Saluki ticket office if they do so before the end of the year.

All-session tickets are available for an early-bird rate of $110 and include admission for all nine games of the MVC Tournament, March 3-6, at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis. After Jan. 1, all-session passes will cost $125. A handling fee of $4 will be added to each order.

To purchase tickets, download the order form and submit by mail, in person or fax (618-453-2602) before Jan. 1.

The ticket office in SIU Arena will be open during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Monday through Wednesday (Dec. 20-22). It will be closed Dec. 23-26. For the week of Monday through Saturday (Dec. 27-Jan. 1), the following hours will be in effect.

Dec. 27-29: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Dec. 30-31: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Jan. 1: 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The Salukis are off this week for finals, but return to action on Wednesday, Dec. 22, for a home game versus Northern Illinois.

The team then hosts defending MVC champion Northern Iowa in the conference home opener on Saturday, Jan. 1. The action heats up the following week with a pair of rivalry games versus Creighton (Jan. 7) and Illinois State (Jan. 9).
