2011 (Sophomore): Played in 10 games...Recorded 13 tackles...Tied a career high with four tackles at South Dakota State...Earned the MVFC's Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award, which requires a minimum 3.2 GPA in the previous two semesters.
2010 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in all 11 games, drawing one start at Illinois State, Oct. 2...Was named the MVFC Special Teams Player of the Week following the Illinois State game, as he blocked a punt and returned it eight yards for a touchdown...Finished the Illinois State game with three tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss, one fumble recovery, one quarterback hurry, one pass breakup in addition to his blocked punt returned for a TD...Had 17 tackles on the season and 1.5 tackles for a loss...Led the team with two blocked punts on the year, both of which were returned for touchdowns...Intercepted one pass and returned it 36 yards for a touchdown in SIU's overtime win over No. 15 Northern Iowa, Oct. 9...Had a season-high four tackles against the Panthers...
