    CHICAGO, Ill. - The College Sporting News announced its 2011 Football Championship Subdivision Preseason All-America teams Wednesday and Southern Illinois seniors Bryan Boemer, Mike McElroy and David Pickard were all honored.

    Pickard, an offensive tackle, and McElroy, a strong safety, were both named to CSN's first team while Boemer, a center, was a third-team selection.

    This is the 10th year that College Sporting News, the longest active news service that covers the FCS exclusively, has named a preseason All-America team.

    All three Salukis were voted to The Sports Network 2011 Preseason All-America teams earlier this summer while Phil Steele tabbed Boemer and Pickard on his preseason All-America squads.

    The Salukis report for fall camp on Saturday, Aug. 7, and the team holds its first practice Sunday morning at 8:15 a.m.
