2011-12: Named to the MVC All-Select team and was an honorable mention to the MVC Scholar-Athlete team...Played 85 percent of Southern's singles matches at the No. 1 position in his first season at SIU, going 8-9 (9-10 dual-match; 12-17 overall)...Was 1-3 against four nationally ranked opponents in 2011-12 who held a collective average ranking of 66.5...Defeated Wichita State's Matheus Pereira at the MVC Individual Championships in Flight One, who was ranked nationally at No. 66...Went 9-8 in doubles in dual-match play (12-12 overall) with three different partners -- Jorge Cavero, Stanislas Rodier and Jordan Snyder.
Prior to SIU: Played number one singles and doubles at Shorter University for two years before transferring...Ranked nationally in NAIA...Played twice in the NAIA National Championships.
