2011-2012: Named to the 2012 MVC Scholar-Athlete team with a 3.9 GPA...Posted a 9-7 doubles record in the dual-match season with partner Szymon Opieczonek at the second (4-5) and third positions (5-2).

2010-11: Posted a 9-9 singles record in his sophomore year at SIU...Went 6-5 at No. 6, 2-4 at No. 5 and 1-0 at No. 5...In doubles, Spahic notched a 10-6 record with partners Falk De Beenhouwer (6-2) and Jordan Snyder (4-4)...Began the season with a five match winning streak in doubles with partner Falk De Beenhouwer...Was named to the 2011 MVC Men's Tennis Scholar Athlete Team after posting a 3.93 cumulative GPA.
