Omaha, Neb.-For the first time since 1991, the Southern Illinois men's tennis team will have a chance to compete for a Missouri Valley Conference title as they advanced to the championship match as they defeated No. 3 seed Wichita State, 4-3.
It came down to the final match as Sebastian Rubiano pulled out a two set win over Matt Teivans, 6-2, 6-4 at No. 5 singles.
