    Played two seasons under Eikenberg at UMKC before transferring to SIU...the 2006 MVC Newcomer of the year is expected to improve...really worked on her outside game in the offseason...also worked hard in the weight room to increase her strength, helping her on the boards...the Salukis' lone senior will be key to this season...ranked in the top-50 in scoring at SIU after just one season.

    Started all 26 of the 26 games she played...sat out two games with injury...led the team, scoring 17.6 points per game, fourth in the league...also led The Valley and the team in field goal percentage at .548 (189 of 345)...added 4.7 boards per game, second on the team...scored a season-best 31 points at Illinois State (12/30/05)...posted two double-doubles on the season - at Wichita State (1/14/06) with 23 points, 11 rebounds and against Illinois State (3/2/06) with 22 points and a career-best 14 boards...was named the MVC Newcomer of the Week twice, Jan. 3 and Mar. 6...her single-season marks in scoring (457 points) and scoring average (17.6 ppg) rank eighth and fifth, respectively, in the SIU books.

    Led the Kangaroos in virtually every statistical category in 2003-04...was her team's top scorer and rebounder with 13.7 points and 8.7 boards...named first-team all-Mid-Continent Conference and was the league's Sixth Woman-of-the-Year in back-to-back seasons...also named to the Mid-Con's all-newcomer team in 2002-03.

    Standout player for Dan Parra at Kansas City's Sumner Academy...averaged 18 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and four blocks during her four-year varsity career...earned Conference Player-of-the-Year honors three times...a four-time first-team all-conference selection...also earned all-Metro and all-state honor roll student.
