Denny Kortkamp is in his 11th year as the volunteer assistant coach for the Salukis.
Kortkamp was a member of the SIU men's golf team from 1967-1969. His 1967 team finished fifth in the NCAA National Tournament.
Outside of golf, he is a prominent businessman for the Anheuser-Busch Corporation in the Southern Illinois Area.
Kortkamp is a native of Murphysboro, Ill.
