Rushing, Rennegarbe earn spots on MVC Scholar-Athlete TeamCassie Rushing was named to the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete First Team on Thursday, and Shaina Rennegarbe earned a spot on the honorable mention team, the conference announced Thursday. Both Rushing and Rennegarbe were All-Conference honorees at the MVC Championship, as well.

Cassie Rushing shot even-par 72 today and is tied for the tournament lead heading into tomorrow's final round.

Mattie Lindner and Cassie Rushing are both among the top-10 individuals to lead the Salukis, who are just one stroke behind tournament leader Wichita State.
