NORMAL, Ill.- The Southern Illinois women's tennis team's three match win streak came to an end Saturday in Normal, Ill., as Illinois State defeated SIU, 5-2.

Recording the lone win in singles for the Salukis (15-5, 4-2 MVC) was sophomore Anita Lee who defeated Emmie Marx in three sets, 6-1, 4-6, 6-4 at the No. 2 spot. Melanie Delsart fell for just the fifth time this season, losing her match at the No. 1 slot, 6-4, 6-3.
