    Qualifying Singles Draw Get Acrobat Reader

    CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois women's tennis team will travel to Tulsa, Okla. to compete in the ITA Central Region tournament this weekend.

    The tournament features nearly 100 of the best women's tennis players from across the Central Region.There will be 19 universities represented in tournament, including Iowa, Oklahoma State, Minnesota, Nebraska, and tennis powerhouse Tulsa. The tournament will begin Oct. 18 with two rounds of qualifying, and the Main Draw will run from Oct. 19-22. Qualifying will begin on Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m.

    Last season, Melanie Delsart and Korey Love advanced to the round of 16 in doubles competition for the first time in school history, before falling to Oklahoma (8-6).
