CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois University women's tennis team will host a Saluki Doubles Mixer on Sunday, Oct. 30, beginning at 1 p.m at University Courts.

"It will be a fun atmosphere where we will play at least three matches, rotating partners," women's tennis coach Audra Nothwehr said. Cost is $20 for non students and $15 for students. 

Beginning at 1 p.m, the Saluki Tennis team will have a 45-minute clinic, followed by doubles matches. During the mixer, a silent auction will take place with great tennis and Saluki items.

"I think this is a great way for our players to connect with the community and get even more people playing the sport," said Nothwehr.
