The ticket office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Single-game tickets can also be purchased by calling Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone: (866) 646-8849, or in person at the SIU Student Center from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday; or at any Ticketmaster outlet, including Schnucks, Carbondale; Kroger on Giant City Road, Kroger in Marion, Kroger in Mt. Vernon, FYE in Paducah, Ky., and DJ's Music in Paris, Tenn.
- Tailgate area opens 3 hours before kickoff
- Reserved lots open 3 hours before kickoff
- Ticket booths open 3 hours before kickoff
- Gates open 1 1/2 hours before kickoff
- No outside food, drinks or coolers allowed inside McAndrew
- No smoking inside McAndrew
- Chair-backs can be rented for $2 (leave them attached to bleachers after game)
- Age 2 and under admitted free
