Saluki Football Signing Day reception set for Feb. 1

Doors open at 5 p.m. and program will begin at 5:30
CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois football program will hold a reception on National Signing Day (Feb. 1) at 5:30 p.m. CT in the Stadium Club of Saluki Stadium. Head coach Nick Hill and the 2017 coaching staff will be in attendance to meet fans and talk about the newest members of the Saluki Football family.
Signing Day coverage will begin at 7 a.m. with a live blog on SIUSalukis.com on all signees as their National Letters of Intent are signed and approved. Updates will also be available on the Saluki Football official Twitter (@SIU_Football) and Facebook (/SalukiFootball) accounts. Fans can ask the coaches questions about the signing class by email or Twitter (@SIU_Football).
The public reception will be held in the Stadium Club on the second level of Saluki Stadium. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and head coach Nick Hill will give remarks on the signing class at approximately 5:30 p.m. Appetizers will be provided and a cash bar will be available. Fans will be able to purchase season tickets on site.
PARKING: The Saluki men's basketball team hosts Bradley that evening at 7 p.m. CT. Fans with men's basketball parking passes are asked to park in the lot designated on their pass and display the pass during the reception. Fans without priority parking to Saluki men's basketball can park at the SIU Student Center Lot 13 or in Lot 56 on the map below. A shuttle will be provided from the SIU Student Center parking lot to Saluki Stadium.
