Led Texas-Rio Grande Valley in scoring in 2023-24 at 16.6 points per game to go with 3.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.6 steals per game … Scored in double-digits in 27 games including nine 20+ point games … A Houston, Texas native, Elliot dropped in a career-high 40 points on the road at Stephen F.
