Soccer Continues Conference Play With Match Against Evansville

CARBONDALE, Ill. – After nearly a week away from game action, Southern Illinois soccer (7-1-2, 1-0-0) is set to resume Missouri Valley Conference play when they host Evansville (5-2-1, 1-0-0) on Thursday night at 6 p.m.

The Salukis opened MVC play last Thursday with a 2-1 win over Belmont. Aylie Haycock scored the opening goal of the game and assisted on Sophia Schlicklin's game-winner. Dana Nadda provided a pair of assists as well, and, in goal, Lily Murray made two saves to grab her fourth win of the year.
